Review the evidence and decide for yourself. Apollo 15 at Hadley Rille: Exploration at its Greatest By Griffith Observatory Astronomical Observer Tony Cook Apollo 15 (July 20 - August 7, 1971) was the seventh of nine manned missions to the Moon, and the first mission to use the Lunar Rover.
